Gulkand

Gulkand, or Gulqand (Urdu: گل‏قند, Hindi: गुलक़न्द), is a sweet preserve of rose petals from Indian Subcontinent. Gul means flower in both Persian and Urdu whereas qand means sweet in Persian. In Turkish it is known as Gül Reçeli.
